I bought this coverlet and the shams in the green color (duffel bag) because I liked the weathered look. To my surprise, one side was weathered canvas-y, but the other side is super soft and feels nice against the skin. It has machine-washed really well so far.

I think this is my favorite bedding I've ever bought. It's nice and tough on one side but deceptively soft on the other. Box pattern looks great as well. I have the denim color and it's perfect in my bedroom. Loved it so much I went back for the euro shams to complete the look. Two thumbs up from me here in Roanoke.
