I love this bedding! Awesome quality.
The duvet cover has a unique color palate that isn't overly western. The colors work year round. The canvas fabric makes me feel good about this purchase because I know we will have this for years to come. It coupled well with a Pottery Barn 4 poster bed to give the room a modern western classic vibe.

I saw this duvet while I was looking for a new one and liked how it looked. I was looking for something heavy like my denim duvet and this one was canvas. It is something I have searched for. I got it and it is pretty nice, but not as heavy as I was hoping. I have a queen-sized bed and got the king so it would be large enough to cover it on both sides. It does that. There is enough to almost reach the floor on both sides and my bed is pretty tall. It could have used another 2 or 3 inches in the length, but it works well enough. I mentioned that is wasn't as heavy as I wanted, but I didn't really plan on putting anything inside. I don't on my denim and was hoping for something like that here. I still haven't put anything in it, but added a quilt under it and am sleeping warm. Now, I need to decide what to do about the pillow shams, as I have queen pillows. And, I can't really do the pillows up against the wall, because I have a power base and the pillows would just drop behind it and I would have to dig them out. Other than these issues, I am well satisfied with my purchase. The duvet design is great. I love the western theme for my bedroom.
I would have given this duvet 5 stars if if hadn't been for the unusable duvet ties. They're too short to begin with and they're either sewn into the seam or only one tie you can do anything with. There's nowhere to contact the seller, bc if I return and order another duvet the same thing will probably happen. There needs to be some quality control at Paseo, who makes the duvet. Now I have to sew my own ties on to keep the insert in place. Really dissatisfied for what this duvet cost.
If you're considering this but are hesitant because if the price, this is your sign: buy it! It's the perfect comforter and it's stylish too! It actually fits the mattress just like it does in the picture and actually covers the bed and keeps it's fluffy appearance. Perfect accent to my room and I couldn't be happier!
