Really disappointed

This was NOT a cheap pillow so I was thoroughly disappointed to see that is was under stuffed and does not hold its shape. Plus their tag is on the TOP of it so it shows when displayed. If you flip the pillow so it doesn't show, the sticks of the pillow are upside down. The other two pillows in the photo are from another company but show how full they are.

Hi Nancy, we're so sorry that our pillow didn't meet your expectations. Please reach out to our team at cs@hiendaccents.com and we'll see if we can make it right for you! Thanks for being a customer.

This pillow is much nicer than the pictures! It looked flimsy to me but is actually sturdy. The artwork on the pillow is detailed and very impressive.
