Cannot remove wrinkles, pills

Had it steamed, cleaned, the wrinkles will not come out. It also started to pill after a few weeks. Have shaved tiny fuzz balls off every month.
I folded the comforter at the foot of the bed to hide the wrinkles and use the navy duvet as the base. Not my plan but it is final sale.
