Our Journey

In 2005, my husband Jay and I were running a small wholesale shop in Dallas. We heard a recurring theme from our customers: a desire for high-quality rustic textiles but an inability to find any. Given our fondness for design and love for the rugged outdoors, Jay and I thought we'd try our hand at creating rustic bedding.

With the help of our team, partners, and friends, we strived to create authentic designs featuring the rustic world's unique colors, textures and patterns. We were thrilled—and humbled—to receive such a warm reception to these initial designs, many of which have become perennial favorites.

Seventeen years later, we're proud to be known as one of the leading designers of rustic home furnishings. A lot has changed (including many gray hairs!), but we're still the same at our core: a Dallas-based, family-owned business focused on creating intentionally-crafted, high-quality rustic designs.
