Wrong size was sent. It took two weeks to get in touch with customer service. Now its been another week and I still don't have a return label for returning it. Very slow communications. I'm not happy at all.

I wanted a very clean look, so I measured, I would need 16 inches. It says 16 inches on the description for this item. When I put it on, there was a lot of material on the floor. I measured it and it is 19 inches! Material is laying on the floor and looks messy. Not what I wanted! The material seems good and I like that the center part that goes under the mattress isn't white. But I sure didn't get the look I was going for. I will send it back.
