Wasted money 💰

I was so excited and it came out of the package just as it looked online. Had it all of 24 hours when the dog decided to sneak in and give it a try. One wash, with Tide on cold and gentle, and it looks like it's 20 years old. Faded and pilling with one wash for $180?!? For a high-end western brand, quality should be your top priority. Been going back and forth with customer service for weeks without any resolution.
