I had had no experience at all with down pillows before purchasing these. I call Hiend Customer Service to ask the representative how to plump them after I'd received them. She told me to just insert them into the sham and beat and plump them and they would plump quickly and easily. She was right! They are nice and plump and I have already ordered more!
