The quilt has a very nice weigh, generously sized, and is made of a quality fabric. The colors complement each other in a clean, uncluttered pattern on both sides. I bought a size up for more of a bedspread feel to cover our box spring and it worked very well.

The quilt I purchased was beautiful; however I ordered a queen and needed a king.
I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange and not be charged twice for shipping. Customer service said unfortunately we cannot you will need to ship back the item which is another charge I would have to pay. Then I would have to order the item again and pay another shipping charge.
I was not going to pay the outrageous shipping charge to return so I drove an hour to you Irving location to return it.
Customer service did not offer any suggestions or try to help at all they didn't care how out of convenience this was for me and all I wanted to do was exchange it not get my money back.
Very disappointed on how this was handled.

This is a lovely quilt. Colors are bright and true to pictures. Note that the shams that come with this king quilt are not king shams and the quilt is too narrow for a thick pillow top mattress. It does not come down the sides enough. It has not yet been washed so I don't know how it will hold up with washing and drying.
I saw this quilt online for our king bed and knew I had to have it. Was searching online and came across the HiEnd website. I am so happy I did! I can't say enough about how pretty this quilt set is in person. I will definitely be visiting HiEnd for future purchases for our home! Almost forgot to mention the fast shipping!
