Customers praised this accent pillow as "perfect for western decor" with soft leather and unique texture. Many said it "looks better in person" and adds flair to southwestern, rustic, or eclectic spaces. Some noted the fur needs fluffing and can be difficult to maintain. A few were disappointed by faux materials and matted fur, with one receiving a damaged item missing studs.

Perfect for a western decor!
Difficult to keep looking nice
It is a beautiful pillow keeping in the western/cabin decor theme. The faux Mongolian fur made the pillow more reasonable priced. I brushed out the fur when I received the pillows.
very disappointing. perhaps i didn't read the description well enough but i was expecting a real leather pillow with real fur. the faux fur looks fake and the leather looks like vinyl.
I liked the picture of the pillow but the actual pillow is a huge disappointment. It was missing a tack and the Mongolian fur isn't actually Mongolian fur and it looked matted when it arrived. I had such high hopes for this pillow, especially at the price.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the pillow didn't meet your expectations. The term 'faux fur' refers to a synthetic material designed to imitate real fur, including Mongolian fur styles. We strive to offer accurate descriptions and images, and we regret any confusion or disappointment caused.
Regarding the issues you mentioned, including the missing tack and the appearance of the fur, please reach out to our customer service team. They are here to assist you and ensure your satisfaction with our products. We value your input and appreciate the opportunity to improve.
Really high quality pillow. The leather is so soft this is exactly what I was looking to match with the leather sofa I have. I'm confident in stating you would not be able to find a pillow like this in your average stores. Love it

The pillow is fun and perfect for a southwestern kinda vibe. Reminds me of those fluffy Scottish heifers. Perfect size and exactly as pictured online. Would highly recommend to a friend.

The pillows appear flat at first but snap right into shape after a few hours!! Love them

Super unique pillow. I actually removed the red trim to fit my decor. This pillow can go so many ways. Bo ho, eclectic, western, rustic... You pick
Perfect addition to my bedding set. High quality, well made. Needed some fluffing out of the box but very nice. I would definitely recommend
Love this little addition to our living room chair! Matches perfectly!
This might be the cutest throw pillow I've ever had. The colors, textures and style go perfectly with my southwestern decor. Generally speaking, I do not like faux leather. If I can't find genuine leather in the style I need, I'll go with a good fabric. These accent pillows have changed my mind on that! They are in a class of their own. As other reviews have said, they are not overstuffed. Unlike their full stuffed counterparts in my home, they stay where I put them. Overstuffed or fully stuffed pillows slide down to a lying flat position on leather sofas and chairs. These will stay perfectly the way I place them. Now I am looking for more products from this store. A whole new world has been opened to me!
Looks great and of good quality. Web picture is accurate.
Love the pillow... But needs more filling
Awesome product
This is the second time we ordered this pillow. It's very unique and a great addition to a bed or sofa. The mix of the red with the textured "faux fur" sides makes it very fun.
love this pillow. looks better than the picture.
Super cute and soft. Adds a flare to my decor.
Love this pillow!
This pillow is amazingly different and adds a unique look to my blue sofa. Still decorating the space but will transition this pillow to the muted yellow barrel chairs upon arrival. Plan to order a matching pillow for the other chair. Definitely recommend this pillow!
Looks like picture. Very pleased. Faux leather does not look terribly fake.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this pillow today. I was so indecisive about it, even tried to cancel it.It is well made and looks high quality. It Really is beautiful and goes with my decor perfect. It was a little pricy but for me it was worth it. So happy I couldn't cancel.
This is as pictured. It is very unique and looks fantastic in the room. I love anything from HiEnd. They don't disappoint. This looks rich!
Nice pillow, little smaller than expected, matched the comforter set I already had.
Love the pillows ! Beautiful masculine touch to balance out the famine softness of the sofas. Yes , they are expensive but dang they are fine.
Love this pillow!!! Great addition!!!
